Note: To reach the Church, exit M6 at Junction 28. Turn right at end of slip road. Turn right at lights on A49 in the direction of Wigan. Turn right at the next lights onto B5248 (Church Road) into Leyland. Keep on B5248 as it becomes Fox Lane. At a T junction with painted mini-roundabout, turn left into Leyland Lane. The Church is 200m up on the left.
