The Central Fund has been established to assist financially weak Greek Orthodox Communities and the Archdiocese. The main contributors so far have been Greek Orthodox Communities throughout the U.K.; some with large contributions and others with smaller ones.
All the grants approved so far have gone to some of our more needy Communities so that they can continue to be able to maintain their places of worship. In an effort to reinforce this worthwhile cause, the Archdiocese is now appealing for contributions from the wider public; all donations great or small are welcome.
Please send your contribution to 22 Trinity Road, London N22 8LB made out to the “Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Thyateira and Great Britain Communities Central Fund Ltd”, or hand it to the Chairman of your Community or Priest in Charge to forward it on for you.
